⚠️ Delayed or Unclaimed Deliveries

  • If the shipping status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Love My Paw is not responsible for lost packages.
  • In some countries (e.g. Israel), packages may be delivered to local pickup points or lockers — it is the customer’s responsibility to check and claim the parcel.

🏷️ Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Love My Paw is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or additional local taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.


❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we will:

  • Either reship it to the customer at their expense (if reshipping is possible), or
  • Retain it in our private inventory if returned to supplier, without refund.
