At Love My Paw, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. As a brand operating through international fulfillment, we follow a structured policy to ensure fair and clear handling of returns, refunds, and reshipments.
📦 Return Eligibility
- We only accept returns in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 30 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for personal preference, incorrect size/color ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
📸 Proof Required
To process a return or refund, please provide:
- Clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Screenshot or copy of the order confirmation.
- Any communication related to the issue.
💸 Refund or Reshipment
Once your claim is verified:
- We’ll either refund the full amount or
- Reship the correct/replacement item (at no additional cost).
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after approval.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or reshipments if:
- The tracking number shows “Delivered” but no delivery dispute form is provided.
- The customer failed to pick up or accept the parcel.
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.

🔄 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
