📦 When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary by country:

- Europe: 10–25 business days
- Canada: 10–22 business days
- Australia: 10–25 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.
🧾 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is processed or shipped. Once your order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
🚚 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our Order Tracking page to see real-time updates.
❌ I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
- First, check your tracking number.
- Contact your local post office.

🧩 Can I return a product?
We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
🧾 Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we review and approve your return request, we can either refund your payment or send a replacement product.
🏷️ Will I pay customs fees?
Possibly. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
🐾 What if the product is the wrong size or color?
If we sent the wrong variant, we’ll correct it. If you selected the wrong size/color, we unfortunately cannot offer returns for buyer mistakes.
